SPAN Particle Board is an engineered wood product. It consists of several layers of wood particles mixed with resins and binders formed under heat and pressure to create a panel. At the time of manufacturing, additives are incorporated to impart specific performance enhancements including greater dimensional stability, increased fire retardancy and moisture resistance.

Pre-lamination is the pressing of MF impregnated decorative or solid color paper with uniform density & porosity on a Particle Board surface under controlled temperature & pressure in a define pressing cycle.
